Turbo Fire after Turbo Jam???
Hello everyone!!! I have been running as my exercise. But I also want to tone! I've been looking at Turbo Fire but wonder if it is important to have a background of Turbo Jam as I have NEVER done Turbo Jam? Can I jump right into Turbo Fire or would it be best to start with Turbo Jam and work my way up!

hrm or wii fit plus?
I am not sure which one would be a better investment. I go to the gym 3 times a week and I was thinking that with Wii git plus I could do my exercises the other days. After reading how great a hrm is I an now wondering if I should spend the money on that instead. Any suggestions?

Strenght Training that can be done at home

My husband and I are thinking about trying P90X and had a few quesitons. Do you have to have a chin-up bar? We have no place to put one. And do you have to follow the diet exactly? Just found my old HRM that does not calculate calories burned. Worked out on the elliptical and kept the HR at 150 for 30 minutes. The machine says I burned 334 calories.
