Can I count teaching as exercise?!?
I teach elementary kids and usually spend 2-3 hours per session on my feet walking around the classroom correcting students or writing on the board. Surely I deserve to count some of this towards my exercise! :laugh: But how to calculate it??? Any ideas?????

Exercise Calories
After you exercise and you gain some calories I keep hearing mixed reviews on whether you should eat the calories you gain or not for weight loss. Questions is... should or shouldn't you.... Or should you vary it to keep your body guessing?

Hi, Today is day 7. I did stretch X today. I need to burn more calories so my numbers on MFP match. Can I do another workout? Also, on the days that I have a workout -- can I do it twice for more benefit? Or is it best to only do one a day and do something else in the meantime?

Bruising
Does anyone notice that after weight loss that they get bruises easier? I dont know if its from less fat buffering, or that since Im more active, Im bumping into stuff a lot more. I did see a doctor and am getting blood work to check all, but over all I feel really healthy. If you have any thoughts, let me know :)

Is there such a thing as a pedometer with a clock and a stop-watch type function? I'm interested in measuring distance as well as seeing the time (so I don't have to hassle with a watch or carrying my phone) and possible a stop-watch function to time sprints or something of the sort.
