shower after exercise
After I exercise I take my shower (I'm a stay at home mom) and wash my hair etc...I smell a rather pungent ammonia smell from my shampoo. I use the free step on my Wii a lot and was wondering about purchasing the Step accessory that will elevate the board to increase the intensity. Have any of you used this? If so I was wondering what everyone thought of it. Does it increase the calorie burn or does that not register? Thanks!

Plyo Question
Can Plyo be done in bare feet? I have my first P90X Plyo tomorrow and my shoes are giving me shin splints, but I can't afford to replace them until this weekend. Side note: I'm totally scared of Plyometrics.
