New Milestone
This weekend I got in my first century 100 mile bike ride. I averaged a low speed at 16mph. The 100 mile ride was crazy, We were 36 miles in to doing a 75 and I felt great so I said lets push it. am i really burning this many calories?
I use another website which gives me a work out plan each week. Today's workout consists of doing 5 exercises and repeating them 3 times, the exercises consists tricep dips, crunches, step jumps and lunges. 10,000 steps
I use a pedometer for 10,000 plus steps a day. I also use it when I am on my treadmill. At the end of the day do I use the calorie count burned for the entire day. Or just the calories burned on the treadmill.

I completed my week 2 of C25k today and feeling really good. I done it on teh way home from work this evening. With me living in Wales, I had to climb up hill for 3 miles, which made it tougher, but was well worth it and will do be good for the future. How is everyone else getting on?
