Hey, so I've been doing the danskin now kettlebell workout, and i was wondering if anyones had a lot of success with it? I really like it, and will stick with it, but it'd be cool to know what some results are for more motivation.

Equipment for P90x and 30-day Shred?

I have been doing a C25K program for the last couple of months. How do you tell when your shoes are worn out? I've had my current athletic shoes for a few months. Do you start to get achy feet or injuries when your shoes have too many miles on them?
