Suggestion on having to miss a p90x workout
So I have a question about what I should do. Friday is the 6th day of my rest week and I am supposed to do Yoga X. I actually don't think I will actually have time on that day to do it. I have to go to work early and then drive 5 hours after work. Anyone think this is a major a problem or just not worry cuz its one day?

Cramps?
I have lost a lot of weight and am feeling great. I have started working out harder and pushing myself. When I am working hard or running I find that I get horrible cramps in my right side that cause me to have to stop. I am wondering if there is something I can do to prevent them or move past them. Heart rate Monitor getting too sweaty during workout??
