I'm going to the dr on Friday for my knees. I'm having a burning sensation right below my kneecap. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what your doctor said. I'm afraid I won't be able to continue my Insanity workout and I really want to. Thank you so much in advance!

Real Bike vs. Stationary
I have seen this argument on countless websites so many times and I think its ridiculous! Maybe I am just weird, but I feel like I am accomplishing nothing on a stationary bike. I ride my normal bike about 20 miles a day in about an hour and 40 minutes, and I feel GREAT.
