Does anyone have any good suggestions or tips on houeshold things I can use to strength train with? Does anyone else swell when they exercise?
I've noticed lately my hands get puffy when I go for my walks. I drink lots of water (12-16 glasses a day) usually 3 of those during my walk. I walk 30 min to 1 hour and usually go 5-9 km in that time. I just wondered why this happens? if it's normal? I never used to swell.....but I do now.

Subtract BMR from exercise - within the margin of error?
So yesterday I did some pretty intense elliptical work...my HRM estimated a 530ish calorie burn. Now, where we would debate that we should subtract our BMR from that number to get the actual calorie burn....MFP estimated the same burn...and the BMR allowance is supposed to already be calculated.
