Figuring out body fat percentage...
Is there any way to figure this out without having a calibrator? (think that's what it's called). I know my scale supposedly says body fat %, but I am positive it is inaccurate because it tells me a different thing everytime I get on!

Walking exercise, how many calories
I just did a 10 minute walking exercise video but I am not sure how to count it in my exercise. It is much more then just walking but not as high impact as some. Just right for this ole lady. So do I just count walking fast to get it the arm and stretching exercises?

Headaches after working out???
Why is it that here lately I am getting a headache everytime I workout. At first I was thinking maybe it was that I wasn't drinking enough water, but I went back and I am, I am drinking at least my 8 glasses and usually 4 more to go with it.
