I've seen this mentioned a lot on MFP and I was thinking of buying the DVD. Can any members let me have their views, good or bad? I am accumulating a large collection of mostly useless DVDs, books etc and don't want to keep adding to it without getting some input first! Thanks

LOL. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone has figured out a magical way to where your girly parts don't feel like they're gonna fall off 15 mins into the class. Should I put a towel on the seat? The instructor adjusted my seat for me. Any ideas?

I went over my fat allowance today and I am wondering how many calories equals a gram of fat. I have kind of a hard time staying in my fat allowance but I stay well under my calories most of the time. I know its just bad food choices but for me this is baby steps you know what I mean.

The other day on my bike we went 15.5 miles on a gravel path. For 6 miles I went 14.8 MPH then averaged about 9.8 on the rest. My bike computer said I burned around 1250 calories. But I really think I should've burned more calories during spinning class than it says I did. I mean I was dripping sweat EVERYWHERE and my legs were literally vibrating when I was done.
