Has anyone ever been to a Planet Fitness gym?
Did you like it? Why or why not? What was the equipment and atmosphere like? Did you ever try the tanning beds? Thanks for any input! I'm thinking of joining, but their not open yet and I can only get the discounted price as a pre-sale.

I don't fit .. my Wii Fit :(
Stupid Wii Fit has a weight limit. Grrrrrrrrrrrr!! I can't use it till I'm below 330. I knew that was going to happened when I got on it today, but I am still bummed. Oh well ..at least I still have my Wii Active.

Not understanding the calorie change??
Started this a couple weeks ago, was ill for most of it and now that i'm feeling better I wanted to add in exercise. Went into my settings, added in 3 days a week @ 30 minutes each time.. I'm having a "discussion" with a friend. How accurate are the body fat scales? I don't find them accurate. I know the Hydrostatic Body fat composition test is supposed to be the most accurate..... She seems to think the scale is more accurate than the skin fold test...I disagree. What do you think?
