Speed Intervals or Constant above average speed?
When working out which is better for calorie burning? E.g.- Running at 5.5mph for 30 mins or Speed intervals...2 mins at 7mph 2 mins at 5 mph....etc. up until 30?

For obvious reasons, quidditch is not listed in the MFP database, except for the clearly miscalculated entry I made. The way we play it according to the IQA rules is like a cross between soccer, dodgeball and tag, so how do I figure out how much it burns?

I've been going to the gym and using the treadmill and bike. I have 2 options, cardio or fat burning. I generally use the fat burning mode, however I have used the cardio mode too.
