FLABBY arms!!!!!!!!!
Hi basically i have lost most of the weight ive wanted, but i still have flabby arms. I use the rower at the gym and do free weights (light ones, loads of reps). Nothing seems to work. Is 10 minutes an okay time for a mile running? I just started my running journey (started out with some walking too) in June, and today my pace was 10min/mile. Okay time? I have a 5K next weekend, and I'd like to be at about 31 minutes. My run today was 3.2 miles in 32 minutes.
