sit up question
Alright I was doing Jillian today and she was saying while I was doing a sit up how I needed to keep my belly button to my spine. Ok when I do a sit up the first thing my belly button does it go up. Does anyone have any idea how I can change this??

What is the point
Of setting the treadmill on an incline and then walking while holding on to the top of the machine? How are you getting any extra workout, as far as I am concerned you're just walking with only slightly more effort, at an angle. It irritates me when I see people doing this.

I just worked out at about 5:00 this evening for about an hour. I burned about 500 calories. I am thinking tomorrow is going to be a hectic day with getting ready for Halloween and stuff, so I was thinking of getting up early, like 6:00 am to workout again. Is that too close together?
