Calories actually burned on elliptical?
So I worked out for 32 minutes/30 level/6 incline. I set my weight in the system to be LESS than I actually am so the calories would be more accurate. Does that make sense? It said I burned 450 calories for 32 mins. If my weight was set higher wouldn't it have said I burned more calories and be a less accurate reading??

Exercise Before or After

What is the point of working out?
Seriously? On the days I don't work out, I eat my 1200 cal. On the days I do, I will burn about 350 cal at the gym, be really HUNGRY afterwards, like today, and I ate about 2000 for the day.
