my TDEE is around 1770 but at minimum when not dieting i eat around 1870, and i eat with volume and hot drinks to avoid being hungry. but that’s a minimum. i still feel hungry later! why?

MFP Iron Tracking
I log all of my food and primary focus on Calories and Macros but my iron nutrients are always really low (average 2mg per day). I eat chicken, beef, lentils, eggs, broccoli, spinach etc but I don’t seem to be getting enough (recommendation is ~18mg). Is this a MFP nutrient tracking issue or should I be concerned?
