Look over my numbers and tell me what you think...
I am 5'0", about 105 lbs (I'm less focused on a meaningless number on a scale than I am about looking and feeling better). My BMR is 1220, if I remember correctly, and my TDEE is 1720. Right now I am eating 1350 calories a day, (usually high protein and fat, low carb) and burning 200 with 30DS 4-6 times a week. I eat…

What to eat after workout
I have pretty much blown what I wanted to do as far as meals today due to coming home and just having an unquenchable hunger after my workout. Is there something I can eat which will help the hunger? I tried a snack before the gym today, which was different from what I have been doing. Any tips would be appreciated.

When do you complete you food diary?
I don't have a regular schedule, so I was wondering when do you complete your daily entries? Since my sleep schedule is all over the place a do it at midnight. TDEE questions
So I have hit a wall and I need to start losing again. I want to use the TDEE and it tells me that I need 3931 calories. So if I cut that by 20% that is 3144.8 but MFP tells me to be at about 2350? Then there is the exercise calories to eat them back or not to? I am now in a state of confusion. Any advice would be helpful.

Happy result of weighing my food
I've been measuring my peanut butter with a measuring spoon. Though PB is my favorite food, it is nutritionally (and calorically) dense, so accuracy is important.
