Hi i am looking for buddies that want to post pic of there food on here of there meals and snacks they eat everyday. I find that if i take photos of my food and post it to others it holds me accountable for what i am eating i find it helps me to stay on track and its a great way to get clean healthy ideas :flowerforyou:
