Avoid lactose side effects at night?
I am slightly lactose intolorent. I get gassy & a little bloated but nothing serious. Would it be beneficial to me if I were to enjoy my dairy, but at bed time so that by the time I wake up the dairy has been digested & the side effects gone? Does that make sense?
