Raw eggs
Does anyone else who is constantly consuming raw eggs, get that nagging fear in the back of their head, that one day they are gonna be very unlucky and get salmonella, maybe die, but definitely get sick enough to loose everything you've been working for the last few years? I know the odds of getting it through raw eggs is…

Calories or nutrition for weightloss?
Hiya all Right so most days, not all, I'm under my calorie goal. However often my macros are nearly always over on carbs and fat. Does this mean it will slow down my weightloss even though I'm under my calories? Sorry if it's a stupid question :)

Homemade: Where can I find a way to calctulate servings?
Hi guys! I've been on my fitness journey for a little over a month now. Sometimes I find it hard to eat healthy, other times I feel like i'm having a competition with myself to make things as healthy as possible. This comes into play A LOT when I am cooking. I'm Italian. (Yes, I am going to use that excuse that Italians…

Water, water, water!
Water check! Where are you on intake? I am at 80oz! 20 to my goal! I am learning something about myself - if I drink most of my water throughout the day and before 5, I am more likely to reach my goal. Having more than 16oz to drink before bed de-motivates me and I often stop short of my goal. Anyone else like that?

My friend and I do a couple of classes at the gym on a Tuesday evening, which means that we are there later than normal (til around 9pm) and so need a snack before going. High protein - Low carb ideas for Vegetarians?
Help please? I'm really trying to be creative here, but I'm trying to limit my intake of soy products, and I'm lactose intolerant, so I have to be cautious with dairy products. That only leaves eggs, but they're not as satisfying, and after a while one can get sick of eating them. If I include fish / seafood, I start…

DIM supplements, any experience?
Hello there! at the moment I am looking into DIM supplements, Di indol methane if I'm correct. It can help stabilize etrogen levels in the body. Why I am looking into it? DIM should help metabolize fat on legs and thighs, for me this is a problem area. This could be the case because my etrogen levels are out of whack. Does…
