Uncooked fresh pasta calories
Does anyone know how many calories are in uncooked fresh fusilli pasta? I don't have any scales as yet, so I want to tip half of the packet (250g) into a pan , boil and eat! I can only find calories for it after it has been cooked, which will obviously be heavier with the water absorption weight.

This is my 3rd day back at trying to lose some weight. I am not starving myself but my calorie intake is much less then it has been for some time. I have started walking a mile a day to start out. My calorie intake is set at 1200. Am I supposed to get my food calories or my net calories up to 1200? If net, it seems like alot of calories after I factor in my exercise...feels like I would be canceling out the benefits of my workout. Thanks for your help!
