how much fiber per snack?
i have a small problem with my 1st snack which is 3 hrs after my breakfast ...everything in the diet works well but that snack is the only place where it cant keep me 3 hrs tell lunch. i figured it needs to be fiber rich but i wonder.....how much a gram of fiber u think is enough for 1 or 3 hrs? thx for reading

Confused? BMR is higher than calories given here?
So it says my BMR is 1586, but MFP gives me 1480....I thought you were supposed to eat above your BMR? really confused here.

Raw vegetables and fruit have calories?
I went over my caloric goal for the day but thought I was doing good eating raw vegetables and fruit. I thought that any calories that they had pretty much negates when you eat them. Where did I go wrong?

Dairy, veges, fruit, grains, oils How many servings is one supposed to have of these each day? I've done several internet searches but I can't quite seem to find a place that has a list.
