So i went to a trainer today... And ive lost a ton of weight (was 220 now 167) and have hit a plataeu for awhile... I went to my trai er friend a d he says i should be eating 1800 calories if i want to lost the extra pounds... 1800 is too much roght? Ive eaten 1400 for awhile so maybe he is right? Any opinions?

Dead tired after healthy dinner
So i am back on track an had a healthy diner today, brown rice, brussel sprouts and some fish but afterwards i was really dead tired and i am not talking about a small dip. Whats up with that? I had too take a nap but now im still sooo tired.
