suggested sugar intake - seriously?
I don't eat sweets. I have 3 coffees a day with 1 tiny teaspoon of sugar in each. I have 1 dessert after dinner. Homemade, so not too sweet. I am assuming that MFP calculates your goal calories according to a day where youre awake for 16 hours and asleep for 8 hours. So recently my friend got a classic egg, sausage, and cheddar breakfast sandwich from Starbucks. He doesn't like eggs so he gave me the puffed scrambled egg patty.
