How to read nutritional info for PF Changs....anyone?
http://www.pfchangs.com/menu/NutritionalInfo.aspx How do you read the dang thing? It states servings per dish and then calories per dish. The calories per dish, does that include all servings or do you multiply the calories per dish by number of servings? I am the only one a little confused by this?

lb of fat wieghs the same as lb of muscle
I don't see how anyone can say different. A lb is a lb no matter what material you are talking about. The amount of space that said object takes up may be different that is about it.

Stop eating before you're stuffed?
Now that I've been logging, I'm trying to consciously stop eating when I'm somewhat satisfied to give my stomach signals a chance to tell me I'm full 20 minutes later. But it takes willpower as in the moment I have the urge to just scarf down a lot more. I've been doing an okay job but a few times I've failed and given…

Low-Calorie Versions of Meals
It played out like a scene from a comedy - a group of my friends and I eating "low calorie" fettuccine alfredo trying to convince each other that it was actually good before bursting into laughter. It was a lot of things; hot, filling, edible. The one thing it was not? Good. Is it really worth it to try and eat these low…

Alternatives to Holiday Cocktails?
Christmas party season is quickly approaching, and if there's one thing that I'm dreading more than limiting my sweet treats and eating sensibly, it's being the girl at the holiday party dying for a drink but sticking to water because I'm trying to be smart with my calories. Going virgin on the cocktails doesn't seem like…

I just rewarded myself with a used Vitamix :)
I've been pushing hard through my very first real go at exercising daily, and have made it through day 12. Yesterday, however, someone locally answered my ad from weeks ago, stating they had a 3600…

Portion question regarding Edamame Beans...
I bought Edamame Beans (from Aldi, to be specific) and the serving size listed in the back is 3/4 cup. Is this the beans alone, or including the pod? It says there is 5 total servings per bag, so I was going to use that figure in order to figure it out myself, but thought I'd ask on here first.
