Such as fruits? Sometimes I get hungry at the end of the day and I'll eat an apple or something and not track it. Does anyone else do this? I've read that so called "negative calorie foods" are a myth but I just wanted to know what everyone else does.

Has anyone (in Canada) found a decent source of pacakged (or deli) avaiable lunch meat that does not have added sugar or a tonne of salt? I have checked every package in the major stores and they all seem to add some form of sugar. The only meat I have not seen this is the turkey pepperoni at Costco, but this doesn't make…

Macro ratios/how much is too much fat?
I tend to average about 35-40% of my weekly calories from fat, 35-40% from carbs and 20-25% from protein. I don't have an ideal diet, could eat more fruit and veg for example and should be getting a bit more protein, but I have been consistently losing about a pound a week now for 3-4 months which is what I am aiming to…

Healthy breakfast for on the go
I want to start making hubby some brekky as he does tend to skip it. The only issue is on his work days he leaves here at 4am, and then is on the train/bus until 6:30. So would be good if it was something that would keep well as he's probably not going to eat brekky at 4am

carb/pro/fat ratios of MFP
Okay, so I just calculated my ratios on here. MFP calc me to have 55% carb, 20% fat and 15% pro. I'm more of a 50% (or less), 20%, 30%+ type of girl. What about everyone else?? I have found that for me personally more lean protein and a bit less carb works best and of course, sticking with whole grain/high fiber carbs when…
