Low Carb Snacks and foods
I eat mainly vegetarian. I think I am eating too many carbs. I like cereal...i portion it out and i try to not eat a lot of bread. I need some ideas for low carb snacks that are filling and healthy. Fruit and veggies are carbs too. I eat some meat but keep it minimal. Any tips?

Calories after working out.
