So MFP has be on a restriction of 32 grams of sugar a day. At first I thought that was reasonable, but it seems to be counting natural sugars into the equation. Question about the nutrition
My fitness pal has my goal for polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats as 0. Aren't these the "good fats" that we need? Why would fitness pal have my Saturated fat goal as 18 and my unsaturated fats' goal as 0????

When nutritional info doesn't add up
Take raw broccoli, for instance. For 85g, it contains 4g carbs/ 0g fat/ 3g protein, and 25 calories. Low calorie salad dressing - any ideas?
I did tomato mozzarella and avocado salad for today's supper, and get nearly heart attack when I've checked calories. My dressing was 240 kcal per portion!!! and my salad all together was over 500 kcal per portion. If you could give me ideas on low calorie dressings that be fantastic lads!!
