Still want some soda???
These are cases of 95% High Fructose Corn Syrup. They're going to be used for a new Coke Freestyle machine in a Burger King and they're expecting to go through 3 of these every week. That's 3 in an only moderately busy restaurant... Oh yes and the top 3 cases are "non-nutritive sweetener" AKA aspartame. How would you like…

I'm no nutrition guru, obviously...
Ok here's a (probably stupid) question: does logging your water consumption cause your carb intake number to go down? Ex: If it says you consume 73 carbs in a day, then you log that you had 4 cups of water, and it says you only had 37 carbs that day...how does that happen?

Nutritional info on a menu vs MFP Sources
Hi! Tonight a few friends and I are going out to dinner at Claim Jumpers. I've over looked their menu with the nutritional info given on their site and have decided on a Bowl of Tortilla Soup 172 Cal and a Bbq Chicken Salad with no dressing 300 Cal. As I'm logging what I plan on having, MFP is giving a different calorie…

Why don't they just say if it's dry or cooked? Couscous help
I don't even want to think about the minutes historically wasted figuring this out for pasta, etc. Mostly pasta. PC's Whole Wheat Couscous, 1/4 cup, is 140 calories on the box. I ate 1/4 cup of cooked PC Whole Wheat Couscous. Did I eat 140 calories?

Worse than useless advice.
I lost weight while I was training for a Spartan race. After the race was over, I slacked off on my exercise and, I ate a bunch of junk and gained my weight back. I knew winter was coming, my outdoor exercise was over and so I decided to join a gym. I joined a gym at the spa I go to. I like it because it's not well known…

Understanding MFP intake to achieve goals?
I have a couple of questions that I hope someone can answer. 1. If a workout adds 700 calories to my daily intake, is it important to try to eat them? I usually will not consume the additional amount. Will I store fat as this may be perceived as "under eating". I am allowed 2300 per day before exercise. 2. There is a pie…

Snacks
Hello everyone! I am really trying to cut out processed food from my diet, as I have realized that most of my weight gain over the years has come from mindless snacking and fruit/veggies have tended to keep me fuller longer.
