I'm considering investing into 2 different supplements. I have read mixed reviews on both of them. They are L-glutamine and Conjugated Linoleic Acid. Does anyone have any insight on these 2 supplements. Are they worth it if your trying to gain muscle and lose body fat?

How do I get nutrition info on a recipe?
Is there a website that I can use to put the ingredients of a recipe in and get the nutritional value? Many of the recipes that have been given to me do not contain this info and it makes it difficult to record then accurately in my food diary. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Question, I drink on average 120-168 oz of water a day, and I am ALWAYS thirsty. Is this normal? I mean, that's a lot of water to be so thirsty right? I'm just trying to determine if I should just drink more water or consult my doctor... Thanks in advance for any advice! =)
