So i've heard many times now that chocolate milk is good for after a workout, but does it have to be already made up chocolate milk, or can you get the chocolate powder and mix it with skimmed or semi skimmed milk? Katie x

Clean Eating
I am not a clean eater, and I don't know if I have the will power to become one. I also don't know if I can afford to be one because I'm really not sure what's involved. Can anyone recommend any books about eating clean? I want to look into it. Thank you.

Is there such a thing as good carb/bad carb??
So I was wondering if there is a difference between carbs. Yogurt and fruit are healthy, but have carbs. Are they better for you than say pasta, bread, etc?
