I'm going to lunch with a friend, and I told her subway is probably best. The problem is I had bread (toast) with breakfast, so I would rather not have bread for lunch. How many mg of Calcium in 100% RDA
I am 58 years old and have been told I should have 1500 mgs of calcium. Everything is stated in terms of percentage of RDA. For example, my yoghurt says 200% for calcium. How many mgs is that? Sugaraddict

Balance out going over on sodium??

frustrated!!
night eating is driving me crazy!! i have not been sleeping well for the past few days which results in a snack around 11pm. i am not sure what has changed to cause this sudden change in sleep patterns...what do you do to fall asleep and stay alseep at night? any ideas to help with night eating?

No fat, protein, or carbs?
I wonder why some foods I add in my food intake show no carbs, fat or proteins? I had a wendy's bacon cheese burger this afternoon and when I added it to my fitness pal it showed 310 cals but no fat, protein or carbs. My special k snack bars show no carbs as well. Can anyone explain?:noway:

So I take my wife out for lunch yesterday. We went to Olive Garden for soup, salad, and bread sticks. Yeah, I already knew the bread sticks were high in calories. But you add up everything - I had Zuppa Toscana - and the meal was over 1000 calories. YIKES! :noway: That added up quick.
