I seem to have a slow metabolism....I am curious to see if there are any foods that are good for helping speed things up? I know when you want to gain muscle mass..you should eat certain foods...so I am hoping there is a science to this too? I couldn't find anything when I did a search.

Need Calcium?
I was wondering if anyone knows.... I want to make sure I'm getting enough Calcium (I'm Menapausal) and does anyone know if the "tracker" is based on %DV or mg? I know I should be getting 600 mg a day, but not sure HOW to set that up in the "goal" area? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Sweet Potato
I bought one of those sweet potatoes that comes in the plastic wrap, and can be made in the microwave. I looked up online how many calories are in it, and it said: 263 calories for a 9 oz potato. Does this seem right?

3 days without protein. Will I lose muscle?
