Low sodium pasta sauce?
Has anyone had any luck finding any low sodium pasta sauce at the store? It's so frustrating that all of the pre-made ones have so much sodium! Or does anyone have a good recipe for sauce that I could make at home? Thanks in advance!

Ok so I have a question. Is it bad to go over the sugar if most of it is fruit? I mean sugar in fruit is natural so is it really that bad? If i take all the ingredients of a recipe i make, add up the various calories/nutrition data and divide it by the number of servings, is that accurate nutritional information then? Seems reasonable, but does anyone know for sure?

just a quick question - for the last few days my sodium intake has been aroun the 400 mark..i know there probably is hiden sodium in stuff which i have missed ****ing. I found a recipe that calls for 1/4 cup of lemon juice. The bottle says that 1 tsp is 0 calories. Will there ever be calories in lemon juice when you use a certain amount. If so, how many? Are there calories in seasonings like garlic, oregano, etc.? Thanks.
