Bacon Bomb
Morning!! There was an interesting article in my local newpaper this a.m. The title was The Bacon Bomb. In a nutshell it was a report regarding the industralization of our food industry, including policies of Mcdonalds, Tyson, etc. The last paragraph summed it up: We know this food is killing us slowly with diseases like…

Good Carbs & Fat
What foods do you personally feel are the "good" carbs and the "good" fats? I always think of EVOO and Avocado as good fats. Granola is another good one. It isn't low-cal by any means, but it has such good, healthy ingredients. (the kashi, maybe not all!)

(I drink 4 cups of coffee every morning-it's a vice that I wasn't willing to give up, but as…
