Potassium intake
I've been keeping track of my potassium intake and trying to squeeze in more potassium-rich foods. I've started taking a small supplement and I still can't get anywhere near my RDA. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on how to get closer? Even on a good day I'm only around 900 out of 3,500. :(

I thought carbs are bad?

so i kind of have an obsession with cheese
I love love love cheese, however when i eat it, i can watch it take up instant residence in my obliques. :grumble: i have been doing good for a week or so...almost no cheese! Which is really hard. how many calories in haitian food?
i eat a LOT of haitian food. it's mostly rice and chicken and beans. they also have sauces made with tomato sauce and this thing made with LOTS OF VEGGIES (and spices and salt, you get the idea) but it makes it hard to calculate how many calories are in them. i try to eat a cup of rice.
