How to calculate poke bowls!
Hi all! I'm going to a poke restaurant and have SCOURED the internet for a restaurant which has a nutrition calculator (so I could attempt to calculate nutrition as closely as possible). I can't find one anywhere!! Does anyone know of one? Or can you give me advice on how to estimate best? Thank you!

Can overdoing it on cholesterol make you gain weight?
On 25/03/24 I did 431 mg of cholesterol and gained 100 g more overnight. Is it because of that reason, or is it because I did something else wrong? I also exercised Saturday last week.

Why do so many foods having wrong nutritional value posted?
Sorry this is more of a complaint. Don't people read labels when they add foods to MFP? The amount of completely wrong nutritional values baffle and annoy me. But on the good news side lost 5 lbs so far :)
