How hard is it to eat well when eating out???!!!
I met up with my friend today for lunch, the options are so crappie. Everything is full of sauce, comes with a side of chips/frys. Even the crappy side salad was just covered in sauce. I think it's my biggest weight loss challenge.

Anyone know why McDonald's porridge is much lower calorie than other brands?

I logged oatmeal choc.chip cookies made with Splenda and the nutrients came out high in sugar?
Why does splenda count as sugar when its for diabetic who uses it in place of sugar so blood level does not spike??

Adding recipes manually and calories?
I'm adding recipe manually. Myfitnesspal matches ingredients 100%, but it says one serving has sometimes twice the calories that the web site reports. Tried it with a bunch of different recipes from different websites with same results. Does anyone know which is correct?

Incorrect Net carbs
My Dr has me watching my cerb intake. It this all will not adjust net carbs correctly allowing for Erythritol or Allulose which means I have to manually enter. This is time consuming and annoying - does anyone e know how to do this?
