So I have to wonder with the plans, the education the app shares, and tries to teach. When you look at Protein, your gender and age group, do you see a shocking low number? I get 6 oz a day. So 2 eggs for breakfast, 1 oz at lunch and 3 oz of Salmon at dinner. Does this seem accurate?
