Craft Beer Connoisseurs
Anyone else here LOVE going to breweries and trying out craft beers? I even have a passport that I get stamped at breweries to enjoy a BOGO beer. We usually try to string 2-3 breweries together and make a day out of it. Obviously this is not helpful to losing weight. What have you found that works for you? Workout extra on…

To much fruit
I had been on weight watchers. I will still use them for in person support because it seems like this platform doesn’t allow for that. One of the reasons I’m using my fitness pal is that I was gaining weight even though I was following weight watchers to the t. I decided to see exactly how many calories I was eating based…

Creating My Foods, questions ...
Greets ... Hope all are safe and sane during these times ... I am trying to learn this app. For the most part, I am doing OK. I like to put the foods that I use most into My Foods.
