Is it worth adding 115 calories over my deficit to hit my protein goal?
I'm only at 99 grams of protein and aim for 120. My calories are set to 1600 so I'd be at 1715 if I added another half of my protein shake. Should I? Or will it impact my weight loss too much?

My basal metabolic rate is 1238. My workout burns approx 400 calories. Will I lose weight?
On a 1900 calorie diet? When I adjust my protein fat and carbs goal myfitnesspal tells me to eat 1900 calories. With my exercise burn it's gone up to about 2300 calories. Will I still lose weight with this deficit?

What should I set as my activity level?
I don't have a job that requires any activity but I walk a minimum of 7km at 3km/h every day (which is roughly 10k steps), though usually more (like 10-15km), while on my walkingpad.
