Middle of the night eating
I wake up every night with huge cravings for eating junk food. Sometimes I can eat an entire quart of ice cream or a half dozen cookies, etc. I never feel full but then wake up in the morning and feel like crap. I typically eat pretty good during the day with fruits and veggies, protein shakes, oatmeal, peanut butter,…

Not feeling hungry
Ok so I am back at it trying to lose weight and eat right. Hoping I can stick with it this time. I am a 5’7 female and currently weigh 200 pounds. Weight loss effects on immune system?
Being fit is good for your immune system, but are you at more risk while losing weight? Even with lots of fruits, veggies, and "healthy" food, I find that averaging under 1500 calories a day (maybe ~1.25lb/week loss) just runs me into a wall and I get sick. 1lb/week is sustainable for me. The only time I was ever able to…

I’m just curious to know what your thoughts are on this, especially from fellow binge eaters who have found success, or not, from…

Attn Nurses... calories burned for CPR
Any other nurses out there know what the calories burned for CPR is? I had a crazy night in the ER and did CPR several rounds... approximately 15 minutes worth over the 12 hour shift. I know that it is physically exhausting and I'm assuming that I burned off several calories, but not sure if it's even worth it to list it.…

What scale do you recommend?
I bought https://www.target.com/p/high-capacity-digital-scale-white-black-taylor/-/A-50281738 which I see is not very accurate, I put 10 pound weights on it and it comes out as 9.8 pounds, you cannot calibrate the scale either.
