Has anyone here ever experienced bruising, pain and swelling WITHOUT getting hit, galling or bumping into anything? Math is fun
So, I hit 50lbs lost in my most recent phase yesterday. Turns out I also had 175 day logging streak. Turns out 175 days is exactly 25 weeks. Boom! 2lbs/week, and in no way linear, lol. By the by I am a 40yo female with about another 100lbs to lose, no more menses (about 14months out from a hysterectomy).
