Hello from Texas! I’ve lost 55 pounds this year using only the Fitness Pal food suggestions and fasting. But I have stalled. I need the last 20 pounds gone to be at a healthy weight. Am I destined to start a workout? I can’t get motivated for that. Is their another good food option?

Garmin Connect Frustrations
Is anyone else having no success getting Garmin Connect to sync steps to mfp and calories consumed to sync to Garmin Connect? I've tried everything - wondering if it's a glitch between the two apps or if it's my device. Garmin Connect syncs perfectly to my Weight Watcher app.

I Cant lose weight

Im at a plateau, feeling upset!
I’ve lost almost 70 pounds but for the last month or so I’ve not lost ANY. It’s making me feel discouraged. I don’t know what to do. Should I go up to maintenance for a week or two and then back to a deficit? Any suggestions. Does MFP accurately calculate your deficit?

Short term diets you see advertised are the worst kind of diets to follow (no sh** Sherlock). Counting calories is one way of monitoring your diet but not the secret to sustaining it. Include in your balanced diet a diverse multi plant based foundation because it will benefit you enormously.

Calories Intake
I have been on a weightloss trend. MyFitnessPal recommended 1200 calories per day based on my current weight and goals. I do burn calories by exercising and walking. Should I be maintaining the 1200 calories regardless of what I burn or should I be consuming the calories I burn as well?

May have overreacted 😁
I did gain this week but no where as much as I thought I would. I gained.6lbs for a total gain over two weeks of 2.4lbs. I'm going to stick with 1200-1500 calories for awhile. Here's to getting back on track!
