Intermittent Fasting when you're always on the go?
I'm starting IF again. I want to do 20:4 with one meal and one snack but I feel like my schedule makes it tricky. My typical routine is to grab fast food at some point during the day, snack here and there and eat a meal when I get home for the night usually at 10 or 11pm. So it's going to be a big change. I wake up around…

Intermittent fasting
I am looking for some guidance on how to log IF. I want to start at 8pm on Day 1, and finish at noon on Day 2, for a 16:8 profile. But the app doesn't seem to allow this, and keeps telling me my start/end times aren't correct. How do you guys log your IF? And is there a way to put this on the Dashboard? Thanks

Why nobody should listen to anybody's n=1 "advice": an essay
Here's the thing... we all need to figure out what works for us, as individuals. The problem is really when we become too dogmatic and stuck on a certain thing... because "well, it worked for them". Allow me to give a personal example. I did intermittent fasting, for around a year. It worked great. I loved it. Skipped…

Anybody using Smart Body Mass Index instead of BMI?
I just happened to find this during a surf session and found it very interesting. I have laughed at BMI several times... touted as being better than Height/Weight Charts when it really is just converting those same Height/Weight charts to different numbers. True BMI can't be calculated that way... I was once measured with…
