Have you tried intermittent fasting? I’m on my third month and had some good results the first few weeks, but I’m finding it very hard to stay focused on the diet. I tend to eat the wrong foods during the time I’m off the fast. Thoughts?

Eating only when hungry. Does it work?
Does eating only when hungry help with weight loss. Honestly, my dad does this and claims he lost weight, but I'm skeptical. It doesn't sound bad in theory, but I'm afraid it might reduce my metabolism rate (from what I've read online). Has anyone tried this before?

Don't feel that hungry often
Has anyone ever noticed reduced hunger since the start of a weight loss journey? I still eat 2-3 times a day for nutrition and health, but I never feel hungry when I eat them. For example, if I have a protein shake with banana for breakfast, I don't feel hungry until dinner. Is this normal?
