heart rate monitor??
I'm looking for a decent armband heart monitor that i can connect to MFP. I just got a VR headset and want my calories burned from exercising to automatically sync here. I don't want to spend tons of money. Is there anything out there? TIA!

degenerative disc disease
has anyone been dealing with this? what works for you. I tried physical therapy and ended up irritating the sciatic nerve. went to chiropractor and was floored by the expensive treatment. I use ice pack when going to bed, which helps.

Beach ball belly
I've lost over 10 kgs last few months, (I was 116 kgs), but further last 2 months I haven't been able to get below 103kgs. Plus so sick of my belly. Looks like I went to the beach and a beach ball landed in there. Anyone got tips on flattening the belly? Thanks. Cheers. Ken 😀!

can't seem to stop eating today:(
