struggling at weight loss
in 2018 i got down to 135. I fet great. I kept it off for 3+ years. Covid hit, the lockdowns and other crap. Needless to say I gained back all i lost plus more. My feet hurt, my knees hurt. I eat according to my height weight and I try to eat healthy.

Hi All, I'm currently eating 1800 calories per day except for weekends and I've worked out I'll lose around 0.7lbs by the end of each week. Do i HAVE to do strength training in order to lose fat? I have been doing exclusively cardio since May 2022 and I've lost 34 pounds but I've found my weight has plateaued in recent months and I'm wondering if it's because I'm only doing cardio?
