Why do we lose inches but not weight or bodyfat% goes down?
I don't get it, how is it possible for us to lose so many inches but that scale or the bf% never moves?

I was reading alot of people goals on here and soo many people want to lose 30 lbs by January! thats only 3 months away! I was hoping to lose 30 lbs by april! lol!! Do I count walking to and from work?
I put it down that I seditary, because I work at an office job sitting down most of the day. I do however walk to my office and home every day which would count for about 30 minutes of walking. I was wondering if I should track this in my daily exercise.... Please help!
