How much is too much sodium?
I've read alot of posts about too much sodium is bad for us and to check the sodium content in the food we consume. What I'd like to know is how much is too much sodium? And should I be aiming to cut it down to a bare minimum or should I be having so much per day?

Lack of sleep = muscle loss?
I know a goodnights sleep is important for your body's rejuvenation and recovery, but I heard on a radio program earlier today that not getting 7 to 8 hours sleep per night will eventually cause your muscle tissue to breakdown and you will begin to lose lean muscle mass. Anyone hear of this?

ugg, daily cals vs. net cals
Another question about calories. When they say that you shouldn't go below 1200 cals per day... is that your daily cals? Or should your NET cals not be below 1200 per day??? THANKS :)

not being able to eat all their calories... give me a break... if this was even true then you wouldn't be overweight in the first place! To me 1,200 calories is not enough for me. Why do vegans lose weight?

So, going out of town this weekend and my husband and I don't want to eat out ALL the time. First we don't have the money for it and well, restaurant foods are typically higher calories than I want to consume.
